 Installation:
1 Oil-Heating System-Set contains:
3 Units KA4.1 or KA4.2
2 distance holders
 The 3 Heating-Oil Activator-Units KA4 will be attached to the fuel line; directly in front of the burner. The distance to each other is determined by the provided distance holders (included in the KA4 Set).
Each one of the 3 Activator Units are placed, in addition to the usual flexible Polyurethane housing, in an elastic steel panel housing.
All materials used in the unit are extremely heat-resistant. Lifetime Warranty.
The Activator Units are manufactured to fit a 6mm fuel line diameter. If your fuel line is between 4mm or 8mm in diameter, the elastic steel panel can be easily bent to fit here perfectly as well, or use the provided zip-binders to lock the units in place.
Larger fuel line diameter (9mm to 19mm) need the larger Unit Set KA4.2
It is designed to address the higher fuel flow volume.

Our fuel Activator Units ( KA4 ) are designed in accordance to Laws of Physics (Lorentz Force Law). The KA4 unit is specially designed to accomodate the application need of the heating systems' fuel line.

Magnetic treatment of heating oil (which is in fact the same as Diesel fuel) results in a better flame rating; meaning a higher flame temperature.
We achieve an average heat increase of 8,6% !
A higher flame temperature will get your heating system faster to the desired heat level, what results in shorter burner run times.
It is easy to understand that the burners' reduced run time means less consumption, by keeping the same desired heat level of your system.
Less Consumption = Money Saved !
Through the use of the Fuel Activator KA4, the volume of harmfull gases, such as the carcinogenic substance "benzopyrene", will be reduced by the improved flame structure, because the heating oil will be burned more complete.
A higher flame temperature (reached through an installed KA4-Set) is proof of our statement.
This reduces also the soot content (PM) of the emissions.
In doing so protecting the environment, and keeping the chimney cleaner.
The reduction in consumption will be at 8% to 10%.

In case the heater is connected to a turbine with heavy vibrations, we suggest in some cases to secure the individual units with a zip binder, (included) - see picture # 2 - but this is normally not necessary.
We just want to be sure you have everything on hand when installing the units, so all is included.
