Operational Description of KA2-Type Fuel Activator for Gasoline
Our Fuel-Activators  KA2 and KA3 are designed in accordance to laws of physics (Lorentz Force Law). The Activator Units are invented, designed, and manufactured in Germany. They are successfully street-tested, and have been on the German market for over 3 years already.  The use of the strongest magnetic material currently attainable will guarantee you satisfying results, and service for life.

The physical state of each fluid flow which passes through an opposite-pole magnetic field of sufficient strength, which is positioned perpendicular to the direction of flow in a series, is affected with regard to its bipolar molecular constituents. As in the case of gasoline, bipolar hydrocarbon molecules become electrostatic charged. Understandably, only these components participate as charge carriers with corresponding effect in the following combustion process.

A higher affinity to the molecules of the oxygen supplied prior to ignition is attained as a result of the electrostatic charging of these molecular groups, whereby a varied micro-ignition occurs in the mixture. This is linked with a corresponding higher degree of combustion as according to scope and quality.

By measuring the HC, and NO values in the exhaust, this is easy to determine. At the same time, the improved combustion helps to lower the CO level, which can also be measured using the conventional, mandatory exhaust emission analyses (Smog-Test).

The existing carbon residue is steadily removed altogether in used cars. This results in improved heat transfer, since the layer providing an insulation effect is burned off.
In turn, the signs of wear in particular in the cylinder are reduced by this.

The improvement of the temperature field does not only have a positive effect on the engine, but also on the downstream catalytic converter. This only becomes effective at temperatures greater than approx. 350°C (662°F) and reacts to carbon soot from non-burned gas components. The quicker a catalytic converter warms up, the better it operates and the longer it remains operational. Thus, we are dealing with a series of advantages which all have a long-term positive effect. The exhaust values can be lowered on a permanent basis.

Lowered exhaust values also mean a significant relief of environmental pollution.

If the exhaust measurements which are indicated in Vol% reveal an improvement compared to the former actual state, i.e., decrease in CO and HC in relation to the condition in new equipment.

The new permanent magnetic device invented, and produced in Germany, is for many years already on the German market with success. It is available in the USA solely through: Advanced Fuel Technologies, Inc.   -   Advanced Technologies Mgmt.
It's designed to use the Lorentz Force Law.

Multiple pairs of helical opposite-pole magnets with highest possible magnetic force currently attainable, are positioned perpendicular to the flow of gasoline.
The dimensioning takes into account today's design and position of the gasoline feed line and drain line with correspondingly low dimensions. The magnetic field is developed in intervals, i.e., in waveform. The material is selected for the temperatures occurring in the engine compartments of automobiles.

Thus, it is to assume unlimited service life.

Installation is made easy by the parts which are joined with film hinges and which can be mounted directly on the feed line (not made of ferrous material) if possible close to the carburetor, or close to the injection line. The fuel activator (KA2) is then secured using a strap retainer. In doing so, the strap retainer is first placed on the respective line, then the fuel activator is positioned and the strap retainer is slid over the device and tightened, thus securely fastening the KA2. The magnetic fields acting outwards lose their effect with the square of the interval of the magnets. Since opposite-pole magnets are used, the outer field of the magnets is scattered. Magnetically controlled injectors are already outside of the irritated effective field with an approx. 10cm (4inch) distance to the fuel activator.

Installation and practical use of the KA2 revealed the following:

Every engine consumes during start-up on an average two to four times what it usually consumes during normal operation. Consequently, gasoline also flows in the feed line with an increased velocity. According to the physical law of energy, energy increases at the square of the speed. Thus, the gasoline flow in the present magnetic field of the fuel activator is subject to increased activation, which in turn results in improved exhaust values, especially during start-up.

The qualified combustion resulting from the affected ignition curve expands the flame volume with regard to time and thus results in smoother engine operation, since the peak strains are reduced. The engine gets warmer, since the fuel is used more efficiently, the friction conditions are better, as well as the mechanical efficiency.

Note: When first installed in a used automobile, exhaust measurements reveal a surprisingly high CO level which is caused by the removal of carbon residue in the exhaust area. Usually, better CO values are attained after the fuel activator has been used for approx. 350 miles. The HC level is, however, lower during the same measurement.

Installation Instruction - Activator for Gasoline Engines KA 2

Mount (clamp) the KA2 Gas Activator on the fuel feed line to the nearest possible spot to the engine.

The feed-line, where the KA2 will be placed around, cannot be out of any ferrous material.
The KA2 has to be clamped on a rubber part of the line.  Affix the Fuel-Activator KA2 with the 2 binders (included). That's all; now you are ready to save gas and to reduce pollution.
In case you switch cars ( buying a new one - or a new used one), take the Activator with you.
Plastic binders can be purchased at electronic- and home improvement-stores everywhere.

Engines which have relatively low mileage respond immediately with significantly lower values.
