1. General
The following retail/wholesale conditions shall apply to all orders/contracts accepted or entered into by
Advanced Fuel Technologies, Inc. /Advanced Technologies Management / Economize Fuel Consulting,
hereinafter called AFTinc./AT/ EFC,
and all other conditions whatsoever are excluded from the contract, or any variation thereof, unless expressly accepted by AFTinc./AT/ EFC in writing.
2. Prices
All prices unless otherwise indicated are ex-works, plus valid V.A.T. if applicable and the purchaser shall in addition pay all charges for carriage, insurance and (where appropriate) any export duties if applicable. Prices may be subject to change at any moment. Should you refuse delivery of the products, you will be responsible for the return freight charges to us. Where a valid exemption certificate is furnished, tax will not be billed unless we can determine that the purchase will be used in a taxable manner.
3. Shipping
Our products are shipped at addressees' own risks whichever the mode of transport chosen. Our responsibility ceases when the products leave our factory/warehouse. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the products and to make any reservations on delivery, and to make claims against the carrier within the time prescribed.
4. Territory
AFTinc./AT/ EFC delivers products world-wide. Due to political or economic conditions, we may be unable to ship to certain countries from time to time. We are not liable for any such inability to ship to certain countries.
5. Force Majeure
AFTinc./AT/ EFC shall not be liable for failure to ship, or delay in shipment, due to any cause outside the reasonable control of AFTinc./AT/ EFC including, but not limited to, non-availability of materials, shortage of transport facilities or delays in transit, governmental administration laws and/or regulations affecting the performance of AFTinc./AT/ EFC.
6. For International Orders (outside USA)
We will email you the actual shipping cost within 72 hours after you placed your order. International orders will not be processed without prior approval of shipping charges. If we do not receive your approval of these charges within four days your order will be cancelled.
7. Ordering
To place an order you must be 18 years of age or older. By placing an order you make an offer to purchase the products you have selected on these terms and conditions. Your order is subject to acceptance by us and may be refused for any reason, including credit concerns, unusual volumes, or shipping addresses.
By ordering a product you acknowledge and understand that all listed savings values are based on an average basis and that the are not necessarily respect you actual savings. By ordering any product from AFTinc./AT/ EFC you wave any rights to pursue any legal action whatsoever against AFTinc./AT/ EFC.
8. Payments
Payments are made by Money Order, Check, wire transfer, or Credit Card
 through  International orders:
No Returns, No Refunds - If not otherwise specified in writing. In case of a claim in regard to a warranty issue , we ship (after receipt of the damaged part in question) a new, same item to the purchaser. All sales are final. All international clients agree, by purchasing any product from us, to forfit their option of any Credit Card charge-backs. All refunds (for any reason) will be handeled by us directly. In some cases, when orders are paid with credit card, we have to apply a clearing period of 70 days. Please ask us if your oder falls in that spectrum. If we were not asked specifically, we have to assume agreement to this policy.
9. Warranty.
AFTinc./AT/ EFC Does NOT warrant the products offered and sold through AFTinc./AT/ EFC. The BUYER is carrying all risks and liabilities for results obtained by use of whether solely or in combination with other materials or products. AFTinc./AT/ EFC has no control over the end use of the sold merchandise (materials or end products). AFTinc./AT/ EFC will not guarantee or take responsibility for any consequential damages or death that may occur as a result of the use.
10. Sold Merchandise
Wholesale: Damaged articles will be exchanged only into the same article, no 30-day refunds, retail only.
30 Day money back Guarantee, for end- , retail-customers in the USA only: Please note: There is a 20% repackaging fee if the product is sent back without the original package S&H is not part of any refund. Refunds only with proof of purchase possible in its original package,(less the two used fasteners KA2). Important: The returned units have to be in a resellable condition. Every refund has to be cleared by us before sending back any product. A small return fee, due to necessary financial transactions will be charged in any case. 11. Proper Law
All contracts shall in all aspects be governed by California Law.
12. Place of performance, jurisdiction
Place of performance is the seat of AFTinc./AT/ EFC. For all present and future claim from the business relation along with full merchants the seat of AFTinc./AT/ EFC is the exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Data Protection
By placing your order, you agree that we may store, process and use personal data collected from your order form for the purposes of processing your order. You may obtain a copy of the personal data held by us concerning you on your written request. If any personal data we hold concerning you is incorrect, we will correct it on your written request. See also our privacy policy.
14. Part inefficiency
At inefficiency of individual determinations remains the worth of the remaining determinations untouched.
15. Links to other sites
The links to third-party web sites are provided as a convenience to you only and does not imply an endorsement by AFTinc./AT/ EFC of any such linked Web site. AFTinc./AT/ EFC cannot be held responsible for information and materials found on Web sites controlled or operated outside of its domain, including any assurance of the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of such information.
